"Rules of this mapping game":

Try to create a route which goes closest to the Sullivan County borders as it circumnavigates the county.

All roads must be within Sullivan County borders.

Each road used can be travelled only once, so routes that detour from main route and rejoin it at same intersection are not allowed.

All roads must be paved so they can be bicycled: no permanent dirt roads or trails.

When choosing between
-main roads
or
-back roads which detour less than 0.25 miles away from main route at furthest, (and which run closer to border)
the main road may be taken.
