Thursday of each month, we run
from the municipal parking lot (behind Monticello Bagel Bakery) in
Monticello, NY at
5:45pm.
That night is also our monthly meeting across the street at Vino, directly after completing
the
run/walk (usually 7:00pm).

Running Relay
7:00am New York, NY From State Line Lookout NJ to Harriman State Park -
Harriman, NY. Get your teams together for this epic run through
50 miles of New York trails. Teams will take turns running 4-7 mile
legs then hand off their baton to the next team member. You only have
to average 12-minute miles to complete the course and join the crowd at
the finish line. You don't need a full roster to reserve a spot, so

fund-raising event and race at Crush Fitness, Route 55, LaGrangeville,
NY (1/4 miles west of Arlington High School).

Grove Spring Trail Race 5K 6:00pm Samual Morse
Historic Site - Poughkeepsie, NY. A race to benefit the trails
and gardens at Locust Grove, the Samuel Morse Historic Site. The
scenic, all-trail course winds along carriage roads overlooking
the Hudson. Fresh flowers from the site’s greenhouse and gardens
will be awarded to the top three runners in all men's and women's

Trail Run Join us at Minnewaska State Park(Rt 44/55) at 9:15am
(run time 9:30am) for a training run on the scenic carriage trails.
Plan to run 8-12 miles with numerous options for any distance.
Plan to run from Lake Minnewaska to up to “Castle Point”(blue
trail,3.5miles) then to Lake Awosting, with the option of running
around the lake(3.5miles) and returning to Lake Minnewaska via upper
Awosting Trail(green trail,3.5miles)). An additional 1.6 mile loop
around Minnewaska. The run is self supported, be prepared to
carry your own beverages. Refreshments after the run. For

Location: Lake Minnewaska State Park, upper parking lot. The
phone number for the park is (845)256-0579. There is a PER CAR
CHARGE AT THE GATE, OF $7. Please car pool if possible. There is
LIMITED parking. The gates open at 9:00am. Minnewaska State Park
Preserve is located on Route 44/55, five miles west of the
intersection of Route 299, near New Paltz, New York. Managed by the
Palisades Interstate Park Commission, Minnewaska comprises
approximately 12,000 acres of wild and scenic landscape on the
Shawangunk ridge. Primarily a day use area, an admission fee is
charged. What you'll find here is the essence of what the Shawangunks
have to offer. Clear streams and lakes, conglomerate cliffs,
waterfalls, miles of carriageways and trails, all against a backdrop of
beautiful vistas, including outstanding views of the neighboring
Catskill Mountains.

supporting
(Water, Gatorade, etc.) on the course. Entry fee is $10.00 and

afterwards for a
barbeque and swimming. Most teams will finish around 2:00pm the latest
which will give us plenty of party time afterwards. If you

benefit the trails and gardens at Locust Grove, the Samuel Morse
Historic Site. The scenic, all-trail course winds along

roads overlooking the Hudson. Fresh flowers from the site’s
greenhouse
and gardens will be awarded to the top three runners in all men's and

Valley Inn, Lew Beach, NY, only 15 minutes from Livingston Manor or
30 minutes from Monticello. The chefs at the Beaverkill
Valley Inn will be putting out a breakfast spread while the half
marathoners are running. The location is beautiful and scenic. As for
the course, think of it as the Roosa Gap Roller Coaster's "Big Sister";
it is flat in the early and later miles, has a big uphill and downhill
in the middle. The uphill is longer (5 miles) but not as steep (4 per
cent as opposed to Roosa Gap's 10 per cent). $30.00 to register
for the 5K, $35.00

for the ½ Marathon, $55.00 race day & kids race $20.00. All
proceeds to benefit the Roscoe Flood
Victims Fund. You are also invited to raise money outside of the
