The athletes listed above have completed a challenging series of races in 2008.  Each race winds along beautiful countryside and all are USATF Certified with the exception of Roosa Gap which is accurate but not USATF certified.  For 2008, the series were comprised of races 1, 2, 4 & 5;

2. Wurtsboro Mountain 30K  (Must complete the whole race, no relay) Saturday March 28, 2009
3. The Hudson Valley 15K  (Must complete the whole race, no relay) - New race for 2009!
 Sunday April 19, 2009
4. The Spectacular 18th Annual 100K Catskill Mountain Road Relay  (Must complete 2 10K stages) Sunday August 9, 2009
5. 28th Annual Roosa Gap Roller Coaster  (Must complete the whole race, no relay) Sunday September 27, 2009                     

For 2009, race #3 has been added to the series.  To be a 2009 King or Queen of the Mt., you must complete every race!  For more information, contact George Shurter.
