11.50 Mile Foot Race: challenging, not for the beginner; four aid stations, markers every mile. This year's start/finish is at the Ambulance Facility on Sullivan St in Wurtsboro, then make a "mad dash" for 3,000 feet to the entrance of the D & H Canal Tow Path, a historic stretch that is flat & fast, a stretch of trail you will surely enjoy.

At 4.3 mile mark, fuel up with "high test" (aid station 1) and be ready to experience what
"intestinal fortitude" really is.

The time has come to attack the "Roosa Gap", an 800-foot vertical ascent over 1.9 miles. Catch your breath at the top, refuel (aid station 2) then start the "Roller Coaster"-  all three miles of it.

Just past 9 mile mark (aid station 3), get ready for the "big drop", a 2 mile downhill.
Once you reach the valley, everyone will be waiting to cheer you on.

5K Foot Race & Walk: Flat course, a scenic trail along the old D & H Canal Path
Check-in time: 8:00-9:30am, Ambulance Corps Building,
